Moody Radio Chattanooga: The Dark Tower & The Emoji Movie Review

This podcast is made by Moody radio Chattanooga and gives a double-feature review of The Dark Tower and The Emoji Movie. The podcast begins with an intro that has a non-lyrical "rights-free" theme tune followed by a greeting from the two hosts. The two hosts quickly introduce themselves before reviewing the film. The podcast is split into two sections with one host reviewing each film solo rather then the two of them discussing it. Before the review the host will give the listener some background information on the film that they are about to review, e.g. the plot synopsis and the cast/crew involved such as Mathew McConaughey and Idris Elba who star in The Dark Tower.

The tone is very formal and light hearted with little style and zero improvisation. Each review is very fast paced with only a couple of minutes dedicated to each one. The rest of the podcast is bookended by the intro and outro, giving it a length of five minutes. The podcast is fast paced because it is deliberately structured that way for it's target audience of mid to late forties. The two hosts come across as middle aged and are giving an adult perspective on the two films, allowing people in that age bracket to relate to what they are saying. The podcast comes across as more of a recommendation then a review, telling their audience wether or not the film is appropriate for children and if they should go see it or not. Having a short runtime makes it more accessible to adults and parents as it is 
straight to the point and not time consuming whatsoever. Their are only two hosts featured in the podcast with no guests or interviews throughout.

Review:
Personally guys, I think Grand Theft Auto V is a very entertaining game that is great for passing the time. However, the writing isn't quite as sharp as its been in previous instalments and the main characters aren't as well developed (probably because there are now three), but this only impacts the overall experience a little. It remains a very impressive game.
